Will the Philippines be divided once an oil reserves are discovered?

Just a faint idea. The idea of UAE which is composed of 7 States or the idea of Czechoslovakia, on 1 January 1993, Czechoslovakia peacefully split into the Czech Republic and Slovakia the same goes to Yugoslavia, June 25, 1991, when Croatia and Slovenia declared independence. September 8, 1991, following a referendum the Republic of Macedonia declared independence. We have 3 region which are Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. What if one by one ask for independence from the Philippines and decided to run their own affairs. They are not being developed under the present principle so why not ask for independence and choose their own leaders to run their domestic affairs esp. Mindanao. It happen to Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia why not to us? I know the Philippines is such a small country to disintegrate to a much smaller pieces. But some of the places in the Philippines are still undevelop and do not care of by the government. Can you imagine some of the area in the Philippines do not have roads in this age & time? One of them is near Metro Manila, a certain place in Antipolo. The worst places are in Benguet, mountain provinces and some remote area in the Philippines, the only thing you can access their place is to hire a pump boat or swim to get there. 2010 na ganito pa rin ang Pilipinas? Congressman and governors are completely useless unless we some how divide the archipelago in order for them to maximize their own wealth and monitor their own progress.
