Will fallout new vegas have dlcs?

plz listen carefully fallout new vegas will it have dlcs i cant get xbox live wich means no dlcs ofg of there however i bought the goty 4 oblivion and fallout 3 and thats what saves me so if theyll have dlcs ill wate 4 goty and do u think i should wate 4 goty or buy the regular then buy the goty plz answer
