You need to do a clean sweep of your hard drive. i mean erase everything. it is possible the code you show here is it self a virus. i have xp pro myself. i never seen this code be for. i did some checking and it comes up as part of a trojan horse worm virus. the address part B760D1F2. so if at all possible. wipe your h d. then try to run the xp disk again. good luck. hope this helps some.
