Like this girl, always how do i let her know i do?

Liked this girl for a while. Met her at work, always a bit wary of work things. Got to know her over last few months, ive asked her out but whatever reason one of us pulls out about 4 time. Im not sure if shes just meeting with me as mates or what...how do i let her know subtly that i like her?
