36 weeks pregnant helpppppppp?

hi im 36 weeks pregnant have lower dull back pain for few weeks and cramping tat s n gose pressure in my backside but notn ing groin very tender and sore and baby head is a t brim i have been have problem with blood pressure and heart rate. do u tnk labour is soon here
