Are WWE Smackdown and Raw really the most watched show every week in cable?

I see all these Did You Know segments of the shows stating that WWE is viewed more than the Superbowl, NBA games, yada yada yada, and that it has like 500 million viewers. Is this true or is Vince exaggerating too much and WWE has a dramatic decrease in ratings? and television viewers?
