Do you have to use a fsb that meets the hyper transfer of the cpu?

im building a computer (if you didn't see my other questions). im planning on building a computer with a 4000 MHz hyper transport CPU. If i use this CPU do i have to use a Motherboard that has at least a 4000 MT/2 FSB? Will the computer still work without problems? If not, what kind of FSU do i need with the 4000 MHz CPU?
