How to disemble Hoover Nano Lite vacuum cleaner to get to the power cord?

The power cord on my vacuum cleaner has came partly unattached from the vacuum,problem is I cannot get the back of my Vacuum off so my husband can re wire it anyone know how to go about doing this.Also before you ask yes my husband knows what he is doing.Thanks!
