Overclocking Q6600 and ASUS MAXIMUS FORMULA mortherboard?

I don't know what that guy is talking about but seriously this processor is pretty much made to be overclocked. My friend stabaly overclocked his to 3.2GHz with the stock fan but i don't know all the statistics.
