How do i answer yahoo answers questions?

ok i can read every one yahoo answers questions but i can't answer any one questions. and so far i haven't been able to answer any one. and i don't see no red box thing that some one was talking about. and i'm on level one. and i have 83 points if that helps. can some one tell me what i need to do in order to answer people question on here. thanks jess.
