How can I hang fabric on concrete walls for my wedding reception?

I'm getting married in December and the banquet hall is 20 ft high and very large. All the walls are concrete and I have no idea how to hang fabric or even decorate. I would like to have an intimate feel to the area. There is padding that is built into the walls around the building. My colors are red, gold and black. Is there any way you can help?
